Returns:

You can return unused goods to us within 14 days. The return costs are on the side of the buyer. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

To start the return process, contact us (please include your order number, items for return, and reason for return) within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return conditions:

Items must be unused with original tags and packing.

Damaged items or incorrect orders:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the package and shipping label. We can then evaluate resolve the issue.

Lost or stolen issues:

If marked delivered but missing, please file claims with shipping carrier as we are unable to provide refunds or replacements.

Non-refundable Items:

• Items used, worn, or missing original packaging.
• Sale items, or promotional items, bundles or other discounts.

2. packing and condition of the goods

Pack the items well with original packing materials to avoid damage in transit. Items that are returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.In addition, we advise you to use insured shipping so you can track your return and in case of loss.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval.Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
